I’m here today with some tips about how to get your home ready for the fall selling season.
Here are just a few things to keep in mind:
Keep your lawn in shape. Just because summer is over doesn't mean, you should forget about your lawn. Take care of any brown patches in your yard, and also keep the leaves at bay with frequent raking.
Plant a fall garden. As the colors of summer start to fade, replace them with colorful mums and vibrant fall plants to keep your yard looking beautiful.
Repair any outside lights. Make sure that buyers who come later in the day as the sun begins to set earlier will be able to see their way to the front door and can see the house on all four sides.
Keep your exterior photos up to date. If you did your photo shoot earlier in the summer, make sure that you get updated photos—especially of the exterior. This will keep your home from looking out of date as buyers are searching through photos online.
Those are just a few tips you can use to get your home ready for the fall season.
